From 3’ to 12’, we specialize in building high-quality Cultipackers, Roller-Crimpers, Smooth-Rollers, Aerators, and Pluggers. Any size, any mounting/combination of mounting types, Any color. Custom built to meet your needs & quality you can count on! We distribute nationwide.
We offer two Roller models – Mid-weight & Heavy Duty. From small lawn units to large commercial equipment. Depending on your application, you can choose the frame style, drum diameter, width, and mounting type. All with the very best craftsmanship. You won't find a better-built roller!
Choose from drum diameters of 10", 16" or 24". Or propane drum diameter from 24”-30”. Standard thicknesses are 3/8" thick for 10" & 16". The 24" drum thickness range from 1/4"-5/8" thick. Hubs are 1/2" thick & bearing plates range from 1/4"- 3/4" thick.
Mid-weight Roller frames are available with 10, 16, or 24” drums and ride on a solid 1 3/4" steel axle, supported by quality greasable bearings. The frame is constructed with 3/8” thick, 2 ½” angle iron with extra cross-bracing and laser-cut bearing plates to ensure smooth operation and durability.
HD Roller frames are available with 16, or 24-inch drums and ride on solid 2” steel axle, supported by quality greasable bearings. The frame is constructed with 4”x4” square tubing. Depending on your application, you can choose a drum diameter. And with the very best craftsmanship.
All drum sizes have a plug to permit adding/removing water for added weight.
Appx drum (only) weight per foot:
- 10” drum = 40lbs dry, 74lbs wet
- 16” drum = 82lbs dry, 169lbs wet
- 24” drum = 130lbs dry, 320lbs wet
We are a custom shop and can build any size or mounting system. Our typical Roller is a single axle with 3-pt hitch; but we can build on a front-end loader mount, hydraulic travel system, with or without batwings. You need it, we can build it.
What size & mounting style will work best for you?
For traveling, our “flip-over” or “manual-lift” units come with 2000lb spindles & hubs, and 12" wheels/tires. Either is strong & durable and gives you a convenient way of transporting from food-plot to food-plot, or to a different property. Available with drop-pin or ball hitch tongue. It also allows you to lift the unit off the ground when stored.
“Flip-over” models are available in 10” drum only, and sizes up to 6’.
- The flip-over option gives you great flexibility at a reasonable price. But these things can weigh up to 100lbs+ per foot. Flipping over a 500-1000lb aerator can be difficult. If you opt for a flip-over, I recommend you block both wheels & use a chain or strap to flip. Just let it free-fall and then hook back up. A good alternative for larger units is a manual-lift.
For 10” or 16” drum units, the “manual-lift” travel system eliminates the need to disconnect & flip to travel. We use an 8k jack to make lifting easier & quicker.
Hydraulic units come with new hoses & quick-connects. Everything you need to hit the field. Your unit will have 3500lb spindles & hubs, bearings, and 15" wheels/tires.

Shipping to a business near Buffalo, NY will cost $350-$400 (residence + $75).
But place an order this week I'll cover everything over $250 ($300 to a resident address).
* many customers have units shipped to a store/business local to them. An equipment, feed/seed, or some other type of business with a dock/lift.
Shipping: For most units & locations, shipping is $225-$250. If I receive additional orders in your area before you need them, I'll personally deliver them to your property. If I don't have more orders before you need them, I'd have to ship LTL via freight truck. (** last fall we made two delivery runs to WI.)
Or, you can do as some others have done. Order your unit with 50% down. We build it and hold it until we have a couple more units in your area - then I deliver to your property for half of the shipping. I don't expect you'll need it for a couple of months, and that gives us time for other MI orders. But if you need it before we get enough orders to justify a run, then we load it onto a truck for the original estimate. I'm confident I'll have more sales in WI, MI, OH, IL as spring nears.

I advertise in cities in 38 states, but we are located in Savannah, TN. I have discussed dealerships/venders with several companies in several states, but there just isn't enough markup to add another cost layer. For these products, we are already in the upper price range, but also at the very top in quality. To give you the best possible product at the best possible price, I have to custom build just want you want need and direct ship from the factory.
We use a slightly larger drum to increase weight. Our blades are reinforced to provide extra support to prevent breakage. Overall circumference of 16 ¾” diameter.
4"x4" square tubing ensures a strong frame. Quality greasable bearings & 2" solid steel axle provides durability and smooth operation.
The drum has a water-inlet plug to permit even more weight. And with the very best craftsmanship - You won't find a better built crimper.
